May’s Wealth Building DIVAs meeting brought a powerful and often overlooked business topic to the forefront—how clutter impacts not just your space, but your mindset and productivity.
On May 2nd, 2025, women gathered at Centennial Hall inside the Burlington Public Library, Central Branch for a focused and eye-opening morning of conversation and connection. From the start, the room carried a sense of curiosity, as attendees leaned into a topic that affects everyone, yet is rarely addressed in a business setting.
The discussion, “The Psychology of Clutter,” was led by Julie Stobbe, who guided attendees through the deeper reasons behind clutter and how it can influence decision-making, stress levels, and overall effectiveness in both business and daily life.
What made this session particularly impactful was how relatable it was. As the conversation unfolded, many women recognized their own patterns and challenges, leading to honest discussions and shared experiences. The topic quickly shifted from being about “stuff” to something much more meaningful—clarity, control, and creating space for what truly matters.
By the time the group moved into open networking, conversations had already gained depth. Attendees weren’t just connecting—they were doing so with a greater awareness of how their environment and habits shape their success.
If you weren’t there, you missed a conversation that could change how you approach both your workspace and your workflow.
