Patricia Lavigne is a Life and Emotional Wellness Coach who helps people through every chapter of life, including emotional well-being, relationships, personal growth, and rebuilding after separation or divorce. With 41 years of corporate experience at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority, she worked in training, course development, presenting, and wellness advising. Patricia has also facilitated workshops on parenting teens, anger management, cooperative parenting, and divorce. As a former non-profit board president and meetup organizer, she is passionate about building community, creating connection, and helping others move forward with confidence and purpose.
